Our service includes bringing the barbeque pit to your party to ensure you taste Wildfire’s signature low-smoked, Pacific Northwest fruit wood flavor. Some of our meat options will have been cooked using the low and slow method for many (sometimes 12 to 18) hours before we arrive. Our custom Texas Klose pit has been seasoned for nearly 20 years, adding a flavor you can’t fake. An important part of our philosophy is to use fresh ingredients sourced from local businesses.
